Privacy Policy

We collect almost nothing. We log nothing. We share nothing. This policy explains exactly what that means.

Swiss Global Services is built on the principle that your privacy is a right, not a feature. This policy reflects how we operate — not how we wish we operated.

01. What we collect

We collect the bare minimum required to deliver a hosting service:

Data Collected Purpose
Email address Yes Account login, renewal notices, service credentials
Real name No
Phone number No
Physical address No
Government ID No
Payment card details No We only accept crypto
IP address (order) Yes Visible in order records (use Tor/VPN if needed)

We recommend using a privacy-focused email provider (ProtonMail, Tutanota) or a disposable alias. We also recommend placing orders through Tor or a VPN if you want to minimize the IP address recorded in the order.

02. What we do NOT collect or log

Data Logged
Network traffic No
DNS queries No
Server activity No
Connection timestamps No
VPN session data No
Bandwidth usage per site/service No

We do not have the ability to inspect the contents of your server. We strongly recommend enabling full-disk encryption on all VPS and dedicated servers.

03. Infrastructure we own

To minimize third-party exposure, we own and operate as much of our infrastructure as possible:

Component Operated by
Network (ASN + IP space) Swiss-GS (own ASN)
Mail server Swiss-GS (Zimbra, self-hosted)
Payment processing (BTC/XMR) Swiss-GS (BTCPay Server, self-hosted)
Payment processing (altcoins) Cryptomus, Heleket
Datacenter Swiss Tier IV facility

04. Third parties

We do not sell, share, trade, or provide customer data to any third party. The only third-party services involved in our operations are our cryptocurrency payment gateways (Cryptomus and Heleket) for altcoin payments. These gateways process the payment transaction only — they do not receive your email, server details, or any other account information.

Our BTC and XMR payments are processed through our own self-hosted BTCPay Server. No third party is involved in those transactions.

05. Law enforcement requests

We operate under Swiss jurisdiction. We will only respond to legal requests issued by Swiss authorities through proper Swiss legal channels.

We do not respond to DMCA takedown notices, PATRIOT Act requests, or data-sharing requests from Five Eyes or other international intelligence-sharing agreements.

In the event of a valid Swiss court order, our ability to comply is inherently limited by the data we collect — which is an email address and an order IP. We do not have access to server contents, traffic logs, or activity records because we do not collect them.

06. Cookies & tracking

Our website does not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking service.

We use Tawk.to for live chat support. Tawk.to may set functional cookies necessary for the chat widget to operate. No personal data is shared with Tawk.to beyond what you voluntarily type in the chat window.

07. Data retention

Active account data (email, service configuration) is retained for the duration of the service. Upon service termination — whether voluntary or due to non-payment — all associated data, including server contents and backups, is permanently destroyed within 10 days.

We do not maintain archives of terminated accounts.

08. Your rights

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@swiss-gs.com. Since we collect minimal data, there is very little to delete — but we will confirm the removal of your email and any account records.

09. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of significant changes via email.
